Foreign language leaflets

IDAS also produce information leaflets in Mandarin, Polish, Turkish and Urdu. These leaflets explain domestic abuse and provide guidance for people whose immigration status may not be secure. The leaflets can be downloaded as a set here.

Safety Plan Template

Having your own safety plan can help you protect yourself and your children. It helps you plan what you might due in the case of future violence or abuse. It can also help you to think about how you can increase your safety either within the relationship, or if you decide to leave.
