IDAS is recruiting

We’re passionate about making a difference to survivors and victims and you can help us.  In the last 18 months, we’ve experienced growth both financially and geographically. We are now recruiting to several key posts and are looking for compassionate, determined individuals to join our committed teams.

Hub Manager – 30 hours, based in York (£22,882 - £25,460 per annum).  We need a self-motivated, energetic, highly organised person to manage our referral and assessment hub.

Group Coordinator – 25 hours, based in Barnsley (£17,204 per annum).  To develop and deliver our groups and programmes, the successful candidate will be empathic, organised and have an excellent knowledge of the needs of victims and survivors.

IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor) – 18.5 hours, based in York (£10,537 – £11,933 per annum).  We are looking for an excellent communicator to join our dedicated team of domestic abuse practitioners.  You will be expected to have a good understanding of the impacts of domestic abuse and an ability to work effectively with people from a range of backgrounds.

Hub IDVA – 26 hours, based in York (£14,808 - £16,770 per annum). We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathic and highly organised person to deliver support and services through our referral hub.

IDAS pay a 3% pension contribution and health benefits.
