Successful cyclists of the IDAS sponsored cycle

We’re planning lots of fundraising events over the coming year. Here are details of just a few.

Run – York 10k – 6th August 2017

Join us and take to the streets for one of the biggest charity road races in Yorkshire.

We have got 50 places up for grabs in Asda Foundation York 10K taking place on Saturday 6th August 2016 and this year we will have a stand in the runner’s village, with cheering points on the route, and by wearing one of our IDAS running vests you will raise awareness to help end domestic abuse as well as vital funds.

Cycle – IDAS Annual Cycle Challenge – 28th May 2017

The return of our popular cycle ride and this time we are planning a little party in the park.

A fantastic way to raise money for IDAS cycling through the glorious Yorkshire countryside, with road-side stewards providing refreshments and encouragement.  A cycle ride for experienced cyclists going solo or you can take a more leisurely approach riding with friends in small groups.

You can fundraise for other events if you don’t feel sporty…

Some people hold supper evenings and coffee mornings and donate the proceeds to us.  If you work for a company, perhaps you could hold a sponsored event, have a dress down day or even ask for one of our collection tins to display.

Any amount, no matter how small, is important to us. Even £5 can help pay for an emergency pack for a family entering the refuge.

Giving is easy.  To make a donation via your mobile simply text:  IDAS00 followed by the amount you want to give to 70070.  Gift Aid of 25% can also be added using this system.

To set up a regular donation email us for more details or use our on-line giving page at:  www.justgiving.com/idas. You can also set up your own sponsored event using our Just Giving page.
