Live web chat
Our team deliver a dedicated Live Chat session for Professionals from 10 am - 12 noon and an extended Live Chat from 3 pm - 6 pm for anyone who is worried about their relationship or for someone they know. Visit the website during these times and you will see a Live Chat Box appear at the bottom of the screen. By typing your question into this box you will be able to chat directly with one of our workers.
If you are Deaf or have a hearing impairment and want to talk with a worker out of these hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book a web chat appointment with one of our workers.

Make a referral
To make a referral to IDAS, please click here.
Any organisation or individual can make a referral. If you refer yourself for support, we will direct your referral form to the appropriate service and someone will contact you within 72 working hours. All information is stored securely and we will treat your information as confidential and will not share it with any other agency unless we are required to do so by law, or unless any person will come to harm if we do not share it. If you are a professional referring a client, we may contact you for further information and to inform you of the referral outcome. All referrals are assessed and prioritised according to need and risk.
