IDAS welcome applications for volunteers, voluntary counsellors and those interested in applying to be on the Board of Trustees.
Application forms are listed below and can be downloaded in either PDF or Word format. Both can be filled in electronically and returned via email - info@idas.org.uk. If you prefer you can fax or post the forms to us.
